Finding Our Way Home

Sasha feels like her life is over. After an accident ends her career as a well-known ballerina, she heads back to her home town. Everyone there knows her, but no one knows the pain she is going through, both physically and emotionally. She sees an add a high school graduate wrote up stating that "no job is too unusual". So, she hires Evelyn to take care of her.

Evelyn is a chipper young woman, full of dreams and ambitions. She is in awe of Sasha's great accomplishments, but doesn't let it stop her from doing her job. She is outspoken and tends to grate on Sasha's nerves. But the two form an unlikely friendship that goes beyond the bounds of employer/employee.

Each woman has her joys, her fears, her secrets, her longings. And as they grow in friendship, they begin sharing those with each other. I enjoyed coming along on this journey as Sasha discovers whether or not her life is truly over. And while Evelyn figures out that life isn't all roses, but the thorns help us grow us well.
